James Windsor

As the CEO of Fibre King Australia, James is responsible for managing all day to day operations.

"My goal is to take Fibre King from Australia's most complete end of line packaging solutions provider to be the supplier of choice by end users for their automation requirements globally. This will be achieved by supplying the most reliable, high performing engineered solutions and after sales service in the industry."

Starting his journey in 2002 as a factory hand, James moved into a Design Engineer role in 2003 while he completed his Mechanical Engineering degree, and after six years he moved into a Project Management Role. In 2010 James stepped out of the business in order to gain large scale project experience. During his time away he project managed the construction of the largest single stage wind farm in the southern hemisphere and worked as a project engineer with Heat and Control. In 2014 James returned to Fibre King as a Director of R.L. Windsor & Son (Fibre King parent company) and in 2016 James took on the role of Chief Executive Officer.
